The plant was packaged very secure and was very healthy! The plant looks a bit smaller than the one on the picture. It the plant came in near perfect condition. Even came with a little extra plant 🥰 thank you! Definitely shopping from them again!

When you receive your plant, remove ALL Packaging and wrapping.
Proceed to remove the sheet of moss covering the soil, and check to see if the plant needs watering.
Mailing process is not always Kind or Easy. Plants may get stressed for a short period of time and some minor damages to the foliage may occur( Usually at Mailing facilities).
We advice against Repotting right away, because this can cause further Strain or stress to the plant.
Allow Your new Plant to get accustomed for a few days to its new Environment and watering.

Shipping information.
-All orders are shipped with USPS Priority mail (1-4 days)
-We Only Ship Plants on Mondays & Tuesdays, to avoid Plants sitting at Shipping facilities for longer periods of time.
-We ship our plants to all of the United States (except for Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska due to strict agricultural regulations).
Some States including California & Arizona have very restrictive rules as to what plants can be shipped to them, and may confiscate the plant upon entering the state.
It is up to the Buyer ordering the plant to understand their states regulations. We will not be responsible for refunding any orders that have been confiscated by border control.
